Meanwhile, in response to being mired in last place of the NL Central and on their way to a 15th consecutive losing season, the Pirates continue to employ the David Littlefield regime, which has yet to field even a .500 team.
Brief Commentary: Ah, who am I kidding? I don't even have to proffer commentary on this one. The juxtaposition speaks for itself. Or at least it should.
